The step-by-step workbook helps with that, and there’s several chapters in the guidebook devoted to the process of bringing life to the stories of our life.

WHAT IS MY PROBLEM? I can’t write succinctly and clearly. I need to simplify everything about me -especially my writings. I have a computer overload with too much information. Your workbook sounds it will be helpful, but am not sure if other info is not redundant to my own insights, hindsights and foresights regarding expanding states of consciousness and spirituality. Please advise.

MY BACKGROUND: I was raised in Hawaii by immigrant parents who migrated from Okinawa and spoke Okinawan to each other. I had seven other siblings above and below me and we spoke pidgin English that was scattered with Japanese, Okinawan, Hawaiian, Portuguese, Filipino, and Chinese expressions.

I went through a private boarding, college preparatory school that helped me a lot, but I still had to take remedial English composition in college. I also suffered from ADHD which complicated my ability to write and think clearly. Although I was on honor roll both in Japanese and English schools, it was not because I could write, but because I had a sharp memory and right answers. At the University, I did not have the right attitude or need to excel. Plagued with intrusive memories of my father abusing my mother in a psychologically, dysfunctional marriage, I dropped out with a 1.5 grade point average because I could not concentrate or focus to develop a purpose in life to help others when I was feeling empty inside and needing nurturance and love. After a ‘puppy love’ marriage with 2 small children, my husband abandoned us in California and I got derailed from my comfort zone and co-dependency.

Poverty was my best teacher. And the love for my children gave me a purpose for living. It compelled me to dig deep and examine myself. Saddled with guilt, shame and poor self-esteem, I harbored the secret of my divorce alone. I did not dare burden my problems on my parents when I was responsible for creating my own problems. I did not blame my parents nor my spouse for the dire circumstances I was in. The situation demanded that I take responsibility for my weaknesses and failures. Instead, I looked to my parents, the 442nd boys and Joan of Arc as my heroes who handled their personal, interracial and national problems with pure, uncontaminated ’samurai’ spirit. All this positive thinking (milk teachings) helped me vibrate on the same unconditional love frequency of my future husband Dean who truly became my soul mate. (See family poems/letters in webite).

After, I turned fifty in the year of the Jubilee, I was being challenged with greater issues beyond my love for spouse, family, religion and culture. I became a widow, I was being challenged to travel all over the four hemispheres to fully integrate the common bond of spiritual values across all religions and indigeneous cultures all over the world.

Like everybody else, I have an amazing story to tell about all my trials, tribulations and adventures guided by Ascended Masters of different traditions through dreams and visions.
