@teresa,

Thank you for sharing, Teresa. I’m curious what you thought of the “Forgiveness” article on the Multimedia downloads page (link is at the top of this blog post).

If you haven’t checked it out, I highly recommend it.

And yes… the ability to let go is the experience of true inner freedom – to let go of the stories that hold us back, and to be able to re-write our new stories as we see fit.

Encouragement is the first thing that came to mind when asked question #1.

Responding to question #2 is YES, I can imagine what my life would be like with “encouragement”. I am so very blessed with encouragement each and every day. However, life has it bumps and we all stumble and fall when it just gets to be too much. So, I seek encouragement from every level possible in order to achieve my goals while at the same time remain on path for why I am here.

@Conni,

I have no doubt that you DEFINITELY can live the life of your dreams.

Jim Rohn says that we are the “average” of the 5 people we spend the most time with.

So if they’re all successful, it’s likely that we will be also.

Similarly, if you surround yourself with encouraging people, thoughts, websites, etc, then it’s inevitable you will be elevated!

Q1. Most important? Fearless curiosity and fascination. Don’t have to conform. Be ‘normal’, or please anyone but me. To get deeply into – enough to be able to teach from knowing (conscious competence).

Q2. What life would be like? No. I know what ‘flow’ is, for me, and I like that sense of timelessness. Yet I’m struggling to make conscious sense of ‘what your life might be like if you experienced that’.

At the ‘detailed working level’ it’s sort of like purposeful beachcombinb at twilight when the waves are small and the beach is empty and the sky has that duck egg green tinge.

At the short term overview level (the process goes this way…) it’s the ease of sort of knowing and being sure that I’m enough to handle any abberations or oopses.

At the global, long term level of how my life could be over years of time- sorry, mate. Wouldn’t have a clue! Do I ‘have to’? I’m easy with not knowing the formal destination.

Dear Chris,

I would like to find the hidden problems areas of my life that are holding me back. Clearing the unknown beliefs that have me a prisoner now would make such a world of difference. I know that accomplishing this would set me free to do all the many things I would like and need to do.

I can imagine what life would be like without these. You have given such good examples of many of these things to strive for. You are a good example and for that I thank you and pray God will continue to bless you on your journey.

Thank you for sharing with all of us.

[Reply]

Chris Cade

Chris Cade Reply:

@Alan,

Within the Inscribe Your Life program is a workbook called “Partnering With Your Inner Critic.”

In my experience, the ‘hidden problems areas’ are related to that inner critic inside of us which controls our actions. Often it controls us unconsciously, and that’s why I created this workbook… to help people become -conscious- of their inner critic controlling them, and then they can learn how to make that inner critic become their best friend and support them in living their ideal life.

@Maggie,

My personal advice is to learn all you can about your own passions, and how you can turn those passions into profit.

There are many free resources on the web to learn about building an online business, and many ways to get started for free (including free websites to post a blog).

To build a successful business, it always requires some combination of time and money. Some people have money but no time, so the hire other people to do much of the work. Other people have time but no money, and so they learn as much as they can and do it themselves.

Before I left my job in 2009, I had been working my regular job during the day, spending time with my family in the evening, and then after they went to sleep I worked on building this website and other passions of mine. It was not easy, and it required a lot of time…and I am glad that I didn’t allow myself to settle for anything less than my heart’s desires.

[Reply]

Cathy Reply:

@Chris Cade, It’s amazing how many “obstacles” get in our way of realizing our “heart’s desires”, isn’t it? The biggest thing getting in my way and stopping me right now is…ME. So glad you are realizing your dream. Any suggestions on how to stop creating obstacles for yourself?

[Reply]

1. What I would like most to learn from this site is how to remove false and disempowering messages from my unconscious mind. No matter what success techniques I discover..none of them will be very effective with the sabotage of my unconscious mind. Before I can add new knowledge to my mind..my mind must be emptied of all the toxic unconscious beliefs. I truly believe this is the key to success in our personal happiness, our interactions with others, as well as universal peace and harmony.

2. If I learned how to do this, I truly believe that I could realize my full potential as a human being and spirit, see things clearly in this world and be better able to help co-create a better planet.

[Reply]

Chris Cade

Chris Cade Reply:

@Cathy,

Thank you for sharing about your challenges and what you’re looking to get from Inscribe Your Life. Those are challenges I too have faced, and they are part of the reason why I created the “Partnering With Your Inner Critic” workbook — because usually the inner critic is the one with the false beliefs and disempowering messages. Also, just the act of writing stories helps us see what we may not have seen before… to bring “light” to the darkness (unconscious beliefs). Stories is how we naturally think, so the writing helps us bring that “natural thinkness” (not a word, hehe) out onto the paper where we can see it (instead of unconsciously think it)

[Reply]

Cathy Reply:

@Chris Cade, thx for your response, the program sounds great, but here’s something I read the other day. Tell me what you think:

We don’t need to GET RID OF OLD BELIEFS, we only need to ADD NEW EMPOWERING BELIEFS.

So what do you think?

[Reply]

Chris Cade

Chris Cade Reply:

@Cathy,

In my experience, that approach is a lot like positive thinking. It works for a while until the old beliefs come back. :(

I have found that the ultimate empowerment is to progressively shift to a place of no beliefs (or as few as is realistically possible). Being able to be totally present has empowered me far more than any set of beliefs or affirmations.

And to be totally present requires being in a place where our old beliefs are not affecting our current actions.

This is the direction I am working towards, and I can say that with each passing day my life gets better and better — EVEN — when I am having really rough and difficult days… perhaps especially those days because they give me the greatest opportunities to release old beliefs and live more presently.

1 a way to express the one major event in my life that happened last year that turned my life around.

The times I do get the courage to communicate these things to people, they seem to respond in positive ways, but I am constantly struggling with the teachings of my parents that conditioned me to believe that my thoughts and feelings doesn’t matter to ANYONE and to keep my mouth closed when it comes to opinions. They taught me my opinion “DOESN’T COUNT” or is totally “UNPRODUCTIVE TO ANYONE”.

[Reply]

Chris Cade

Chris Cade Reply:

@Nancy,

I really appreciate you sharing that with me. Your experiences are EXACTLY one of the reasons why I created the “Partnering With Your Inner Critic Workbook” as part of the Inscribe Your Life program.

I too have had big challenges (as you know from watching my videos) about how people have conditioned me. Overcoming those challenges was not easy, and that’s why we all look to websites, tools, programs, resources, coaching, etc, to help us bring light to those dark areas… so the Truth can shine through and we can be free from old limiting patterns.

I’m with you on this journey – no matter how much conditioning I work through, there seems to be always more. And that’s okay — because with each step, I appreciate and enjoy a little bit more freedom.

And since you’re on this inner journey also, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. :)

[Reply]

Chris Cade

Chris Cade Reply:

@jacqueline golburgh,

While I haven’t had extreme physical pain, I have had injuries that forced me to slow down and learn how to be present and enjoy life (as best I could) while in pain or disabled from doing some of the things I love.

One thing that can help is to wake up each morning and write down 2 or 3 things you’re grateful for. Physically write them down, and then each day choose 2 or 3 new things you haven’t written before.

This can be challenging; however, it is one way to start the day with a mindset shift towards happiness. It won’t take the pain away, but it will help at least for a little while.

[Reply]

jacqueline golburgh Reply:

@Chris Cade, since you haven’t experienced inexorable pain 24/7 there’s no way you could imagine the extreme affect it can have on ones life. So this is all bull!

[Reply]

Cathy Reply:

@jacqueline golburgh, Hi, I have RA and FMS, so I’m familiar with the pain you are talking about. I have found that you can change your pain level by acknowledging your pain, acknowledge WHERE you feel it, and ask your body to send healing to those areas. Sounds too simple, but it works. Notice your pain, and then let it go. Trying to block pain from your mind or denying it only worsens it because then healing cannot take place. Hope this helps.

Q1. Knowledge! Life is a leaning process and to unlearn the thoughts and behaviours we don’t need and relearn more benificial ways of thinking and doing is our greatest challenge. We are all so different and it is a great help to read other peoples stories.

Q2. I will not live long enough to know “it” all but it’s all about the journey and if I can help others on their journey, oh the joy and statisfaction

Right now I’m working on releasing negative emotions from the past. I read if you have had a traumatic or negative experience from the past, these negative emotions attached to it can keep you from moving forward and achieving the life you desire. That being said, I would like to see a variety of tools that will make it easy to raise your vibrational frequency to above 500 HZ and sustain it. I’m having trouble sustaining a high frequency. I know 500 HZ is the vibrational frequency of love and when you vibrate at that higher frequency, it erases all lower frequencies that may be blocking you from your desires.

That leads me to the answer to question number two. I believe if you can sustain a vibrational frequency of 500 HZ and above, it will be easy to live in the present moment and your life will flow with joy and ease. Once that happens, all the resources you need to live your life’s purpose will easily become available to you.

************************************

another comment – Once you are living at this sustained frequency I believe it is easy to manifest what you want in your life. I think you do this by asking your subconscious to provide what you desire. Is it important how you ask you subconscious to provide what you want? If so, how should you phrase your question to your subconscious?

So for me, it hasn’t been about ‘replacement’ but rather re-lease of old, to make room for the new. Other people may have different experiences.

As for other tools, I LOVE using those tools and more. That’s why I created the two mp3 audio guided meditations with Inscribe Your Life – and the “Transforming Doubts and Fears” guided meditation has binaural beats / brainwave entrainment as the background track.

In fact, my spiritual journey began with brainwave entrainment – so it’s always held a home in my heart. And I’ve used hypnosis to help me work with some sleep / insomnia issues I was having a few years back.

Not to mention, a lot of guided meditations are more like hypnosis, and vice-versa.

Okay, I better stop here. When people ask me about “tools” I get -REALLY- excited. :) I don’t believe there is any one tool for any one person that “has it all,” but rather, each person has to find the right tools for the right time in their life.

Personally, every day I use subliminal programming while working at the computer, and several days per week I use some form of other audio technology – whether it’s brainwave entrainment, paraliminals, and whatever else I happen to be trying/testing, or liking, at the time.

One of the main reasons I purchased Inscribe Your Life was to develop my creativity and remove the limiting belief that I am not creative. As these objectives are accomplished, no longer am I held back or sabotage myself from trying new things or following ideas.

Chris, the past six months have been incredible and things are getting better every single day. It all started with my decision to finally get serious about personal development; within a couple of weeks I discovered you and your program. I have realized my passion and am taking action toward it; you have made a very real difference in my life, you have my continued gratitude and respect.

@Caroline,

WOW!

I am so grateful that the program has empowered you in such meaningful ways, Caroline. I remember when you first emailed me (I won’t share the email details), so it’s very touching to know.

Would it be okay if I shared your comment here on the Testimonials page at http://www.inscribeyourlife.com/testimonials.html ?

If so, and you’re comfortable with sharing your location and picture, feel free to email those to me as well.

Stories like yours remind me why I love what I do, and I am really looking forward to hearing more about how all of this unfolds for you!

You also have my continued gratitude and respect, Caroline – it takes a lot of courage to take on the challenges you have!

@Chris Cade, Chris, of course you can use my comments or I can provide a longer testimonial if you want me to. I would recommend you and what you do to anyone without a moment of hesitation. I will send an email with location and picture (or feel free to lift them from my blog.) I am humbled you remember me, I’m sure you are very busy. My blog is one example of the action I am now taking in my life, you and Inscribe Your Life helped me believe I had the ability and knowledge to begin doing things I have always dreamed of. The first draft of my book is well over half written, I’ve started podcasting and am developing a series of articles. Oh and I just hired a life coach yesterday :)
I better stop before I write the whole testimonial here. Anything is possible folks, simply believe and take action.

Oh and thank you for connecting me with John Manley. I wrote to him after purchasing his book, we had some great conversations.

Confirmation! I love it when I begin to learn something new from the Lord and discover a nugget of the same truth from Inscribe. I’m blessed with a little more courage and conviction.

I really want to be a Numerologist. My motto is “Know Thyself. Know Others. Know One.” I want to help people understand who they are, their best direction for life, their challenges, and their strengths. I want others to be able to relate better, communicate effectively and truly be the person they want to be. I am studying on my own and handwriting my report on myself. What a challenge, but a part of a need and longing fulfilled. I will use that as a sample for people to see the depth, enlightenment and need for this window into the soul. What wonderful questions, I don’t even know if I answered them. I did it! I told the world my intentions. Manifestation here I come!

Dear Chris, (I am a newcomer)
Question 1) To learn something new every day about people and about myself.
Question 2) To feel the harmony I am supposed to feel as an eighty eight year old who feels half her age, dresses half her age, runs and execises half her age, looks … well, a good Plastic Surgeon could, perhaps, could create a miracle.
I experience life as the most precious gift, even though my adventurous nature has caused me problems and failures. I made peace with them in realization that they brought me the depth I needed.
Your advice to write your own story is of great value. I did it. I wrote the bittersweett love-story of my life. A love born in war, a love amanated by two very different individuals, a love cut short because of death and, a love that never died. “More Than Yesterday and Less Than Tomorrow”, true in every detail; a love between a naive young girl and an older wise man during a challenging period in history: World War II.
I didn’t write it for money (and even though someone at Barnes & Noble gave me a nice review and 4 1/2 stars, it doesn’t sell), I wrote it as a “Thank You” for one of the most wonderful men who ever walked the earth and who, for a short time, was my husband.
Writing gives a person happyness. Continue with your encouragement!Giselle

Question 1: The most important thing that I get out of Inscribe Your Life is to remember to stay PRESENT in this journey. That is why I love your emails! They remind me that I’m not just going thru the motions of life, that I am on a Jounrney full of creation.

Question 2: If I fully experienced that, I would feel a better harmony in my life and create more peace within myself, said well by Albert Camus: “But what is happiness except the simple harmony between a man and the life he leads?”

Chris, thank you for helping me to Inscribe my Life!

Chris to answer your questions. (& thank you for caring enough to ask your audience).

1) Leaving behind my childlike emotions, so they are not crippling me in my work and professional life, my family, and especially to my children.

2) It would mean that I would feel empowered, less afraid and trusting that God or Universe has a plan for all of us that will benefit us and our loved ones.

For example, as simplistic as it sounds, I’m tired of having my stomach in knots, fears and doubts when I’m given a responsibility at work, or the same feeling when I have to entertain at home, or plan a birthday party for my children. I completely want to hide and not feel responsibility. Ok, maybe I have a fear of responsibility – that’s it… is there such a thing? For crying out loud, I’m in my late 40’s.

[Reply]

Caroline Reply:

@Rita, your post really caught my attention; I could feel your pain, frustration and desire to be released from those emotions. What is it exactly you fear? Is it failure, of not being “good enough” or that others will be disappointed? These things were learned, they were implanted into your subconscious and, just as we learn anything, you can learn new things, new ways of thinking and doing. I assure you, it is absolutely possible to leave behind these things, to live without fear and to feel empowered and in control. Please don’t feel down on yourself; by expressing your desire to break free you have already taken the first and most important step. You have begun your journey toward a life of freedom.

To choose healthy relationships. To give more. To be of maximum service to God and others. To experience my creativity to the max.

2)living in the moment, in the present. I have experienced this very fleetingly and it was very exciting and relaxing at the same time if this makes any sense and I know it will to you Chris and others.

1- what I would get from Inscribing my Life is to get “The Story” told; what I’m seeking is a method and an audience and the encouragement to actually tell the story on paper, something I’ve striven for over 35 years, to no (present) avail.
2- Maybe then people would be able to judge the quality of my thought, and I would find a way to earn a living as someone who’s thought is respected – by being understood.

[Reply]

Cathy Reply:

@Walker,
I read what you said about “getting The Story told” and I really identified with that. For years I have been researching a topic of interest to me. I feel extremely knowledgeable on this topic and would like to help others. The problem? No one is asking for my help. Not everyone is receptive to the information I want to share with them. But I think I’ve been going about this all wrong. I still think our purpose on this earth is to share our skills and knowledge, but the key to that is finding the right audience. You probably just haven’t found yours yet either. Here’s one thing I’m looking at..Amazon has a way for you to write your story and they will publish it for you. As I understand it, I don’t believe there are any upfront fees required. They take a percentage of every book you sell I believe and the only thing you pay for is the book you have sent to you for proofing. I’m excited about this. Check it out! (It’s called CreateSpace. Go to Amazon, select “Your Account” then look at bottom of page for topic “self publishing”.

Mr. Cris,

It’s an amazing site! i have come to realise that the past mistakes, obstacles met, negative thinking, lack of self confidence, having no self belief,a sociating with bad elements, “all leads to ones’fall back”. you may not easily know who you are, what you want in life, even when you have clocked 60 years, and you are still in that trap,then life will continue to be hard. you will never stay focused and never realise that one can change just within a minute and live a happy life!

your teachings Mr. Cris, clearly puts me in a clean direction, never to be traped and fall down. we walk seeing, “but in actual sense we do’t see”

i love your site and please continue enlighting us much more, iam sharing your words with my friends who are today taking the right direction. thanks a lot.

Hello Chris,

I would like to experience confidence in each aspect of my life. Getting to know myself, which I’ve been working on for a very long time, is where I believe the confidence will come from. I’ve been checking out Diamond Heart Book One by A.H. Almaas, as per your suggestion, and looking at the breakdown of what the book entails and reading an excerpt through Amazon made me think I may be interested enough to read it.

I’ve heard Deepak Chopra among others talk, learning much about myself. I’ve poked around other types of beliefs – Buddhism and the like, discovering some aspects of each suit me, while others don’t . I’m not religious, yet explore the make up of my own spirituality. Key to understanding me is my thirst for knowledge so I can decipher myself. This is where I figure my confidence will come – through self-knowledge. You’re helping. Thank you.
